In 2007, Mary Devitt established Crossroads Coffeehouse with the aim of creating a communal hub for Cross Plains residents and visitors exploring the Driftless Region. Over the years, she fostered connections and nurtured a sense of community within these walls, enriching experiences through sponsored events and extensive volunteer efforts, often over a cup of coffee and friendly conversation. At the close of 2020, Mary chose to transition from being the proprietor to embracing a well-deserved retirement, entrusting us with the continuity of her vision. Rest assured, Mary will remain a familiar presence at the establishment for the foreseeable future.

We are honored to inherit the stewardship of Mary's establishment as she embarks on this new chapter in her life.
